Registering for CLI courses and seminars is easy. Our online registration tool accepts Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX in secure and reliable forum.  We also accept Company Checks.  No personal check please.

Cancellations & Refunds

– Component Learning Institute, Inc. class seating is established on a first paid basis. People are provisionally registered for a given session until their payment has been processed. Registrations are confirmed on a first paid basis by the date their payment is actually cleared.

– A full refund of the course fee minus a processing fee for Component Learning Institute, Inc. hosted courses will be granted, if the cancellation notice is received more than five business days prior to the start of the course.

– If the number of people attempting to register for a given Component Learning Institute, Inc. course exceeds the stated capacity, they will be placed on the waiting list for that course. If there are cancellations or withdrawals, these individuals will receive a confirmed registration on a first paid basis. In the event there are no openings within 5 days of the start of a session, paid registrants on the waiting list will be afforded one of two following options:

1.) Registrants will be offered a full refund of the Component Learning Institute, Inc.course fees paid.

2.) Substitutions for a prepaid seat may be made at any time up to the start of the Component Learning Institute, Inc. sponsored workshop, seminar, lecture, or course. Two registrants can not share the same paid single registration.

Note: All refunds will be paid by check made out to the person or company, who paid the registration fee.
