   This half-day overview course provides a general understanding of Six Sigma. Primary focus is to help participants understand how Six Sigma is used to drive improvement at all levels of the organization.

   Participants will learn how to effectively use the Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology and will be giving as set of tools to return to the work place and begin to effectively apply the methodologies and tools to provide immediate benefits to the business.

   Key issues such as factors that drive Six Sigma project success, roles and responsibilities and project selection techniques are discussed. The exercises in this course will include examples of both manufacturing and transactional case studies to demonstrate effective Six Sigma implementation.

   Who Should Attend: Individuals who will be involved with the planning, managing or implementing improvement initiatives and projects, or those who are considering further education and seek to obtain Green Belt and Black Belt certification.
